Art Van Maren

President

Art Van Maren is President of VanMar Constructors Group of Companies and VanMar Developments. With his 37 years of construction experience, he has led the design and construction of numerous residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and healthcare building projects across Canada and in the US.

Years of hands-on experience, both on site and in the office, have given Art well-rounded experience in all aspects of the development and construction industry. Art has previously assumed roles of project director, project manager, general manager, construction manager, development manager, construction superintendent, estimator, safety officer and carpenter.

Through VanMar Developments, Art has been able to successfully facilitate large scale projects in both BC and Ontario, specifically in Kitchener/Waterloo with projects like Caroline Street Private Residences and Station Park.
