Customer Service and Warranty Administrator

Lori joined the VanMar Customer Service and Warranty team in January 2022 and has been involved with major projects such as Station Park, Blackstone and Caroline Street. Lori’s contributions to the team currently include, but are not limited to, customer PDI’s, performance audits and scheduling deficiency carpenters and trades for warranty work. Having worked in the Construction industry for over 17 years, with extensive experience in high-rise construction and as a swing stage Project Coordinator, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Lori has recently begun to learn the Customer Service and Warranty side of new Construction, and has quickly become an invaluable member of the VanMar team.
