Customer Service and Warranty Administrator

Rachel joined the VanMar Customer Service and Warranty team in February of 2022 and has been involved in some of VanMar’s most significant projects such as Station Park and Hush. Rachel’s contributions to the team currently include, but are not limited to, liaison between VanMar and new homeowners, conducting Pre-PDI’s onsite and PDI’s with the homeowners, and providing support to homeowners through each stage of the Tarion warranty process. Although new to the Construction and Development industry, Rachel has already proven to be a valuable asset to the team and is continually striving to learn more in her role.
