Chloe has worked in the residential construction industry for over 6 years, with experience in the realm of sales and customer service, design, and administrative coordination. Chloe has been a member of the VanMar Developments team since 2019 and continues to provide support to the Development Managers and President.

Chloe’s contributions to the VanMar Developments team include administrative support to the Development Managers and President, Managing and tracking incoming sales/sales related invoices and administration, Liaison between Development team, Sales and Marketing, Solicitors, and other outside parties. Chloe has been closely involved in some of our most recent projects, including Station Park and Maxx Urban Towns.
